✓ Pet relinquishment requests through the app. Owners can submit a structured surrender request; you approve, decline, or escalate from the partner portal. Off by default — opt in when you're ready.
✓ Chip-lookup intake. A stray comes in with a chip — scan it from the partner portal, find the existing Trovvy profile, and continue the pet's history instead of duplicating it.
✓ Foster-volunteer network. Invite foster parents to your org's branded family inside the app. Pets move with their full Trovvy history into and out of foster homes.
✓ Adoption hand-off. Generate adoption invitations with QR codes and out-of-band claim codes; the new family inherits the pet's complete record, not a fresh start.
